Unopened Cartridge World brand ink may be returned within 6 months of purchase. Unopened Cartridge World brand toner may be returned within 1 year of purchase. Cartridge World brand products will be replaced within 1 year of purchase if defective. Toner cartridges are subject to an inspection by a Cartridge World technician. Printers may be returned within 14 days of purchase as long as they are unopened. (Printers are warrantied through their original manufacturer.) OEM cartridges are not guaranteed by Cartridge World. Refunds are issued in the original manner of purchase. Unopened special order items may be returned at the discretion of the Owner and will be assessed a minimum of a 30% restocking fee.
